Full tuition (degree program)
1-year Russian language course (optional)
Monthly allowance/stipend (equal to 30 – 200 USD)

Choose one of the listed majors/directions of training in nuclear or related field and up to 6 (six) partner universities of Rosatom

DECEMBER 2024

Pass the 1st stage of selection

Screening tests organized by Russian House/Russian Embassy and/or by a nuclear energy commission / national education authority in the country of your residence

JANUARY 2025

Upload the documents fot the 2nd stage of selection

The translation of the documents, medical certificates etc.

Congratulations! You have won a scholarship!

June - July 2025

Receive the formal placement notice after the 2nd stage of selection

The Russian universities indicated in your application will review your documents and select you for enrollment.

Congratulations! You are a student of the leading Russian university!

August, 2025

Get your visa and come to Russia

Receive your visa support number from the Ministry of Science and Higher Education of the Russian Federation, apply for Russian visa and notify the host university about your arrival

1 September, 2025
